kenton county.our evan millward is at the news conference now.he will join us live with an update as soon as he has more information. a butler county grand jury returned an indictment against a man accused of killing another man at an oxford trailer park. park.phillip zink is indicted for the murder of denver hubbard earlier this week. oxford police say zink stabbed hubbard over a drug deal.they say he also beat a woman hubbard was staying with.she survived the attack. authorities trying to serve a warrant at a cincinnati home found much more than their suspect.they went to the home on robertson avenue today looking for richard saylor. they found him, and a small, 1-pot meth lab.saylor is in police custody on the prior warrant, but drug charges could be coming. a philadelphia police officer is recovering tonight after he was shot, point blank, by a isis. this incredible video shows the moment the man fired into the police cruiser, shooting at least 11 times.police were
